The Interflux® Tip Tinner has been designed to keep the soldering tip in a good condition over a long period of time.

A lot of tip tinning materials contain strong chemistry
or abrasive products in order to be able to clean heavily tarnished soldering tips.

This can lead to an initial attack of the surface. Once this happens, the deterioration of the soldering tip has begun and will happen very quickly, especially with lead-free soldering alloys.

Interflux® Tip Tinner is absolutely halogen free
and does not contain abrasive products.
It has been specifically designed to deoxidise the surface of the soldering tip without attacking it.

The secret to prolong the soldering tip life is to keep it as long as possible in a good condition without removing metal from the surface.
This can be achieved with the use of the Interflux® Tip Tinner.

Furthermore, clean soldering tips give better heat transfer and will optimize the takt times in a hand soldering process.

The product also meets IPC J-STD-004A SIR requirements making it very safe to use for sensitive electronics.
